Ms Khusbu Kumari Gupta
Ms. Khusbu Kumari Gupta (M.Sc. , B.Sc.), has pursued Masters in Apparel Technology and Management from Bangalore University after completing her graduation in Fashion & Apparel Designing from Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies.
She had done project on “Developing Western Dress using Traditional Nepali Dhaka Fabric” & “Dyeing cotton fabric with indigo dye by using selected natural reducing agents”. She had worked as a lecturer in Acharya fashion Polytechnic department with a teaching experience of 6+ years.
She has specialization in Fiber Science, Fabric Science & Texture, Fabric Weaving, Apparel Quality Management, Fashion Fundamentals, Fashion Forecasting and Apparel Management, Fashion marketing, Entrepreneurship development.
Presently she is working as an Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Fashion and Design handling of subjects Textile Science, Digital Fashion Studio, Fashion Portfolio, Fashion Accessories, Fashion Retail & Management, Entrepreneurship development and Guiding of Projects.
Presently she is the handling and managing the Instagram and Facebook page of the institute as Social Media Head.
She is the Faculty In-charge of Cultural Committee and working as an Editor for E- Newsletter of AIFD which is published every month.
Presented paper “Waste Management Strategy in Textile and Garment Sector” on AICTE Sponsored International Conference-2020.
